This technology includes two kinds of process system technology: inner mill selecting and outer mill selecting. The grinding technology of powder selection inside the cement vertical mill solves the technical difficulties such as the stability of the feed bed, particle shaping, size distribution of finished products, efficient powder selection and blocking prevention of active powder feeding, etc. The comparable power consumption of the system is about 27kw.h /t cement. The grinding technology of powder selecting outside cement vertical mill solves the technical difficulties such as separation outside mill, size distribution of finished products and efficient grinding inside mill. The comparable power consumption of the system is about 26kW. H /t cement.
